My husband and I throughally enjoyed our time spent in South Africa on tour with FireLight Tours. It was our first visit to South Africa, Peter and Steve were both very friendly, knowledgable and helpful, they showed us a brilliant outline of what South Africa has to offer and we brought home many wonderful memories and photos! Our time on safari was definately our highlight and we enjoyed experiencing the difference of Kruger National Park and the Private Game Reserves. We would reccomend FireLight Tours and look forward ourselves to getting back to South Africa and seeing more of the beautiful country.

We are on a layover in Madrid right now on our way home. But I couldn´t wait until we got all the way home to tell you what a wonderful time we had. Pierre Harris was our guide and could not have been better!!! He was gracious and informative without being intrusive. He especially got along well with my 17 year old daughter. They soon found they had a common interest in astronomy and he was wonderful at showing her things in the sky.
We did see all of the big 5!!! The leopards decided to wait until the last day to show themselves, but we saw two that morning; one in a tree and we followed one through the bush. We saw two male lions feeding on a buffalo for two nights in a row. I could go on and on....
Nkorho was wonderful as well.....Andre and Thomas were great on the safari´s.
I will write more later when I am home and see if there are any great pics. You are right, we fell in love with South Africa, the people and the bush.

The safari was wonderful! My sister and I had a great time and this safari will probably be one of our lifetime vacation memories. After viewing my safari photos, my husband regrets his decision not to travel with us. Of the Big 5, we saw all but the leopard but may have seen some leopard tracks. The main highlight was on the night safari drive when we encountered eight lions lounging in the road. We were able to get within five to ten feet of them and they didn't seem to be bothered by us one bit. What an amazing experience. The Kruger guide said that he sees this maybe once every five years or so.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the safari and the service provided by your company, Firelight Tours. Our guide, Pierre, was very nice and knowledgeable and the accommodations in Kruger were also very nice - much nicer than we expected. I will definitely useFirelight Tours if I ever go on another South African safari and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know who may as well.

We arrived back home safely thanks and had a really great holiday. The Kruger Park was very good indeed and our guide, Pierre Harris, was excellent throughout and would ask that you pass our thanks to him.
Yes we did see all of the Big 5, and much more, especially on the bush walk where a bull elephant decided to show us who was boss when he charged at us and stopping just 15 meters away. He was the boss!!!
Throughout all service has been first class and will recommend you to anyone who would like to go on a safari.

This was definitely the HOLIDAY OF A LIFE-TIME!
From being collected in Jo´burg by Pierre, who told us so much about the country in the 7 hours drive up to Sabi Sands, staying the one night at Arathusa Lodge, great accommodation, superb food, and seeing that evening Elephants, Leopard, all sorts of Antilopes and and the next morning seeing a female Leopard just walking down the road! We then moved onto Nkorho Lodge. What a dream! Fantastically friendly staff, food just a dream (well done Wesley!!) never eaten such deliciously spicy vegies in my life!! Service, rooms, game watching, bush walk, all-in-all a top address! They made us feel so welcome and gave us the impression that we were something special and we managed the Big 5, thank you Greg and Roy! Personally, I felt very much at home, all questions and wishes were answered and fulfilled! We had a great laugh with all the staff. Thank you!
to Pierre getting us back to Jo´burg Airport in time for our flight to Cape Town. An amazing holiday, never to be forgotten!
Andrew, thank you for offering a superbly organised and extremely friendly tour of the most beautiful country , with so many contrasts and traditions and problems, but I will say one thing - WE WILL GO BACK!!
