The tour combines some of the best wildlife and wilderness areas of South Africa, blended with the rugged beauty of the mountainous Kingdom of Swaziland, so synonymous with the African continent and then onto the diverse Kwa-Zulu Natal with its multiple habitats of the Lebombo Mountains, the waterways of the Pongola Dam and the estuary of St Lucia with it’s inland salt lake filled with crocodiles and Hippos with it’s Mangrove Swamps and sub-tropical vegetation, the dunes forests and the sea with the most beautiful beaches.

We view the Blyde River Canyon with the beautiful Panorama and its spectacular views, travelling through the Abel Erasmus pass and onto the Lowveld with its warm sub-tropical climate.

We spend our first night in a private lodge, Mohlabetsi in Balule, part of the Greater Kruger National Park Here we will enjoy the sunset open vehicle game drives with powerful spotlights in search of the nocturnal animals. We enjoy the ‘cordon bleau’ dinner in the ‘Boma’ around the warmth of the ‘Firelight’.
